No matter the challenges, nature will always find a way. We can learn a thing or two from that kind of resiliency! Happy Friday everyone.🌼
Road trip anyone…? 🚗 Driving to new nature spots like hiking trails and bodies of water is always a fun way to enjoy the upcoming summer weather!
As summer approaches it is important to take the time to appreciate nature. Most of us spend time at cottages and weather we be walking, swimming, or sitting on a boat I urge you to take a minute and look at the beauties around you. Have a fun and safe summer everyone!
A good way to start the morning
Research has shown that being near or in water has many health benefits especially in regards to lowering stress and anxiety. The calming nature of water can lower blood pressure and heart rate by triggering the parasympathetic nervous system.
An important part of spending time in nature is appreciating all the life it has to offer. Enjoying the animals around Champaign is one of my favorite things to do! Next time you spend time outdoors notice all the life around you 🐝🐛🐞🦅🐎
