Samantha Iwinski is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). She received her B.S. in Clinical Psychology at UIUC in 2018 and will receive an M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies in 2021. Her research interest stems from parent-child relationships and child development, focusing on child attachment security, household environment, family routines, responsiveness, and executive function. She enjoys working within the community and hopes to work more within outreach programs in the future!
Sam loves taking her dog on walks, hiking, taking pictures, and traveling to explore new and exciting locations in her spare time. She was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and loves the colder climate and snow!
