Michelle Cheung is a Junior studying Interdisciplinary Health Sciences. She has a wide range of experience in and with healthcare organizations including Lincoln Pediatrics, McKinley Health Center, and Dr. Shirley Wong’s Clinic with a passion to provide patient care some day in the medical field. She loves working with children, and dedicates her spare time volunteering at local libraries, primary schools, and karate centers. When she is not working, she loves spending her time with friends baking cupcakes or cooking new recipes. Her favorite season is the Summer because she loves spending summer nights relaxing at the beach. When the sun is not out, Michelle enjoys doodling in her journal while listening to acoustic covers. When not working on the Humans in Nature Project, Michelle can be found working at the Asian American Cultural Center as the Poy Health and Wellness Intern. She has a strong passion for promoting health awareness on campus while rediscovering her cultural roots.
