My name is Berenice Sotelo, and I am a senior in Human Development and Family studies. I love to read and write; both are hobbies I am very passionate about, but I also enjoy journaling and binge-watching shows. I was not always someone who enjoyed being outside or believed I could possibly keep a plant alive; it isn’t until recently that I started building that connection and allowing it to be part of my spiritual journey. I have come to enjoy every moment outside and actively seek for the peace I have come to find being in nature.
